Identity Theft / Medical Identity Theft Prevention Program

Pursuant to the section 114 of the Fair and Accurate Credit Transactions Act (FACT Act) of 2003, Loma Linda University Health (LLUH) and affiliated entities have developed and implemented a program for the identification, detection, prevention and response to relevant warning signs or “red flags” of identity and medical identity theft.
