LLEAD Talent Acquisition Cloud is an employee recruiting solution which will help hiring managers to perform the following tasks within a unified system:

• Create job requisitions and obtain faster approvals
• Easily select and evaluate potential candidates
• Extend electronic job offers to qualified candidates
• Create an interactive on-boarding checklist for a candidate to complete
• Faster and streamlined identity access management
• Talent Acquisition Cloud will also allow us to extend the LLUH branding to external career sites, such as LinkedIn, CareerBuilder, or Indeed. 

The target go-live date for Phase I is May 1, 2019.
