Plan for Providing Care
Our Purpose
Patient rights are ensured through policies, procedures, and activities that are mandated and approved by Administration and the Board of Trustees.
The Plan for Providing Care describes the basis for the provision of care and services in each area. The hospital-wide plans describe the care and services to be provided, staff requirements, and competencies for providing the care and service. The plans also include the goals, and performance improvement focuses of each department listed.
The Plan for Providing Care is organized through the Patient Safety & Reliability department.

Plans for Providing Care (PPCs) can be found in PolicyTech in the entity’s Plans for Providing Care section. |
