- How do I know how much postage was charged on a parcel I sent?
A: For postage inquiries, please request a receipt with your parcel or contact the mail room at ext 44064. - I have a flyer I would like to send via intercampus mail to the campus community. Can I do this at Mail Services?
A:Yes. If your flyer requires an envelope or is for a specific recipient, Mail Services can stuff and label each envelope. Mail Services also delivers flyers to each mail stop without envelopes. - How often is mail picked up and delivered?
A: Mail is delivered once daily unless the parcel requires special or expedited delivery. Mail is picked up twice daily. - I ordered a package through UPS. Where does it go?
A: Unless you have arranged with UPS to deliver directly to your office location, all packages will be delivered to the mail room. Our team sorts and delivers the package soon after delivery. For items with expedited delivery, our team provides special delivery outside of regular pick-up and delivery routes. - My parcel tracking number indicates that the item has been delivered. How long until it gets to my department?
A: If your parcel is sent via expedited or special shipping, our team will deliver outside of regular pick-up and delivery routes. If you have a question about where your parcel is at, please contact the mail room at on-campus ext 44064. - I have a large mailing that I will be sending from my office. Can I send this with my regular delivery person?
A: Yes. Please give your department mail clerk any special instructions for the mailing.
