Josh Billings, MSN, RN Josh is a clinical nurse from Loma Linda University Medical Center-Murrieta working on the 4th Floor Medical/Surgical Telemetry.

Ridhima Savdharia, BSN, RN The LLU Medical Center fellow is Ridhima Savdharia, BSN, RN a Clinical Nurse from the Troesch Medical Campus Unit 14 East. Ridhi’s project is entitled, “Diabetes Education and Discharge”.

Kelsey Trujillo, BSN, RN The LLU Children’s Hospital fellow is Kelsey Trujillo RN, BSN, a Clinical Nurse from LLU Children’s Hospital Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU). Kelsey’s project is entitled, “Improved Night Shift Staff Retention Through Pet Therapy Debriefing.

Yuri Oda BSN, RN, CCRN-CM is from Unit 1400. She will be working on an evidence-based buddy system for new nurses and float nurses.  Yuri is presenting a poster on her project at the ANCC Conference in October, 2023.

Katie Padgett , BSN, RN is from Unit 4100 and improvements in patient discharge.  She presented a poster at the 2023 AACN NTI in Philadelphia, PA in May.

Cricketara Ramos, BSN, RN, CCRN who is from Unit 4700 and she will be examining the literature and developing a bundle related to ultrasound guided venipuncture.
