A: No, all costs come from the administrative level.
- If one of my employees has five On The Spot Cards what do I tell them to do next?
A: Have them call x15992 for details on locations that have gifts to choose from.
Each entity that participates in the Values Recognition Program has a location for employees to pick up their gift. They must bring their cards with them for validation.
