Facilities Management is a service-based department that requires the involvement of all the departments ensuring that our core values are met. We offer services 24 hours a day 7 days a week. We would like to be involved in all decisions that require or will require our services so that we can assist in the planning and implementing of what is desired. We would like to be involved in regulatory concerns and have the opportunity to assist all departments with safety needs. We also assist in Capital Planning. Our services may include the following:

- 5 year plan for hospital related to Facilities Management issues.
