Confidential Morbidity Report (CMR)

Communicable diseases are diseases that can be transmitted to us, or by us, through other people, animals or the environment we live in. For our own protection, and the protection of our community, California State Law mandates that we closely monitor certain communicable diseases through the County Public Health Department.
