Client Services
Our Client Service Managers (CSM) support the FPBO operation by serving as liaisons to the physician practice groups. They function as the key point of contact for their assigned physician groups, interacting with the practice groups regarding all aspects of physician billing and providing financial performance data. Furthermore, they maintain ongoing interaction with the FPBO while working collaboratively to address and resolve billing issues.
