5700 Quality Improvement Goals and Improvement Projects
The following listed below are the current 5700 Improvement Projects. Our goal is to continuously improve the quality and safety of our care processes and healthcare systems, ensuring every single patient of ours receives the highest levels of quality care. We would like to monitor data and the outcomes of care processes and use improvement methods to design and test changes to continuously improve in all aspects of our nursing care.
