Employee Referral Program Guidelines
Current employees who help find qualified candidates for eligible positions could earn a cash bonus of up to $2,000! Just send the candidate a link to apply to a position via LLEAD.
Referral Bonus Payout Guidelines
- Temporary and regular employees of LLUH are eligible to receive a bonus.
- Supervisors, Managers, Directors and above or HR Employees are not eligible as recruitment of qualified candidates is part of the job.
- If two employees refer the same candidate, the link the candidate used to apply is eligible for the program.

$2,000 Referral Bonus
Eligibility Criteria:
- Candidate is hired into an eligible position at an eligible organization (below).
- Candidate remains employed in the qualified position in full-time status (working an average of 70 hours or more per pay period).
- Candidate remains in good standing with no disciplinary actions.
- Candidate did not previously have an active resume or application on file.
- Candidate is not currently working for an LLUH entity.
- Candidate has not been employed in the past 12 months by an LLUH entity.
