Our Purpose
The Compensation department is responsible for the effective administration of employee compensation programs that we know our employees value and that are essential to the employee experience and work life balance such as base pay, living wage, market wage analysis, supplemental/differential pay, performance appraisals, job descriptions, and wage and hour compliance. We strive to provide compensation that is market-based and competitive in order for the organization to attract and retain top talent.
