Our Purpose

The Benefits department is responsible for the effective administration of benefit programs that we know our employees value and that are essential to the employee experience and work life balance such as health plan, life insurance, retirement, paid time off, flexible spending accounts, counseling services, educational benefits, fitness center, and cafeteria discounts. We provide information and resources for employees so they are knowledgeable about their benefits and understand how they are part of their total rewards package. We strive to provide benefits that are market-based and comprehensive in order for the organization to attract and retain top talent.
