HRM Mission
The mission of Human Resource Management department is to coordinate and deliver the highest quality, customer service driven human resource programs and services for the effective recruitment and retention of the best qualified workforce for all Loma Linda University Health entities.
HRM Vision
We will be the employer of choice by creating and sustaining a supportive workplace environment conducive to employee recruitment and retention and promoting a proactive leadership philosophy, which recognizes and rewards individuals. We will seek to develop partnerships with all levels of employees to identify and respond to organizational human resources needs across the LLUH system.
