Cancer Resource Center

The Cancer Resource Center is a part of LLUCC designed to serve our patients and community by providing a resource center for patients, families and the public. We also partner with International Patient Services to make our 11 Centers of Excellence available for patients who want to travel to LLUCC from out of the country. Our current programs are:

The Loma Linda University Cancer Center is responsible for the development and coordination of institution-wide, multi-specialty approaches for the cancer patient including:

  • Early detection
  • Optimal treatment and total care
  • Clinical research
  • Basic science research

Research

The research program allows cancer patients, either newly diagnosed or those presently under treatment to participate in leading-edge clinical trials through their own oncologists. Our affiliation with Loma Linda University also ensures that our physicians have access to the latest research in cancer prevention and treatment. Program highlights are:

Cancer Outcomes and Quality

  • Tumor Boards: Tumor Board Schedule
  • The Cancer Registry Database contains over 77,500 cancer cases seen at LLUMC from 2000 to 2020. This data resource is available for projects, presentations, study feasibility or other IRB approved research studies.  Contact:  Karen Koehn
