Our Mission

The mission of the Faculty Patient Business Operations is to provide timely and accurate physician billing in support of the Loma Linda University Faculty Practice Plan, while being flexible and efficient enough to increase our services to meet the growing demands of our healthcare community.  We take care of the people who take care of people.

To assist in the support of clinician services by producing a stable, competitive, financially viable billing service by maintaining quality and cost-effective flexible programs and services.

To address patients with compassion, educate patients and clinical staff about the billing process and outcomes.
