LLEAD: Overview

LLEAD is a three-phased project, with three key aims:

• We want to modernize and automate our core HR functions onto a single, easy-to-use best practice platform.
• We want to develop a ‘one-stop shopping’ experience for our staff and managers so they can efficiently and effectively access and update important information, from a single portal.
• By adopting a hosted model, we will simplify our maintenance responsibilities, we will be able to take advantage of platform enhancements real-time, and we will save money along the way.

Phases I and II are largely complete, with Phase III targeted for a December 2023 implementation.
