What is a Super User?

• Super Users are your clinic’s first point of contact for LLEAP related support. They have extensive knowledge of the way LLEAP is used in your department and can help you with most questions you may have. By contacting your Super User you can get a quick solution to your problem. If you are interested in becoming a Super User in your department check out the training requirements below, or if you need to contact your Super User take a look at the directory at the bottom of the page.

Become a Super User

• LLEAP Ambulatory Super User- This course is intended for clinical staff that has been identified as Ambulatory Super Users. In this course you will learn the role and responsibilities of a Super User. You will also learn more advanced workflows and trouble shooting.
• LLEAP Cadence Super User Training- This course is intended for employees who have been identified as Cadence Super Users for their department. In this course you will learn the role and responsibilities of a Super User. You will also learn how to troubleshoot Cadence issues in LLEAP.
