AFTER SCM Purchasing emails you back with an RMA or RGA number, please put in an ICR to have your package picked up.

The following conditions will not be considered for return:

  • Less than $50: unless product shipped was damaged or broken
  • Products purchased more than 30 days from time of order
  • Products considered hazardous materials.
  • Special or custom products made to customer specifications or sold as non-returnable.
  • Products returned in altered or damaged packaging, or in packaging other than original packaging.
  • Refrigerated items.
  • Products with less than 3 months shelf life remaining based on expiration dates.
  • Issuance of an RGA number does not guarantee credit. Credit issuance is dependent on confirmed receipt/review of returned products 
  • Note, on most returns there is a “Re-stocking fee”, fees can range from 5% to 50% and more.
