Insurance Provider Website
A: Buttons are available at the top of each facility page to allow you to quickly navigate between different facilities. Please note, you may be prompted to log-in as you transition between facilities.
A: The best way to report an expired password would be to reach out to the Administrator for the facility login you are currently trying to access.

A: Please make sure you are being very precise when you highlight the username and password. Double/Triple clicking on a username or password with add a space to the end of what you are copying, which may be the cause to your problem. If you are still experiencing issues, please refresh your webpage (press F5), and copy and paste the credentials into notepad or another similar text editor, then attempt to copy and paste from there to the payer site. If you have additional questions or need assistance, please reach out to the administrator for the facility login you are currently trying to access. (This may need to be revised/edited)
A: Please provide the name of the Insurance Provider website you need or want access to. Include the websites URL, and if possible, any forms required to be filled out to gain access. Also provide the facility information you wish to get access to (ie: Tax ID/TIN, NPI, and Facility Name). Send this information as an email to the administrator that maintains access for the facility you are requesting access to.
