Q: I have a building maintenance request (i.e. lights out, plumbing, etc.), who do I contact?

A: Please contact our office at ext. 66035 or 909-558-6035.  We will enter a work order with Facilities Management or Campus Engineering depending on property location.


Q: Help! We have an urgent maintenance request (i.e. toilet overflow, flooding, etc.)

A: Please contact our office at ext. 66035 or 909-558-6035 for urgent requests. If you have reached us after business hours please call the Security Control Center at ext. 44320 or 909-558-4320. The Security Control Center will page the manager on-call.


Q: Who do I contact for Special Projects (i.e. flooring, painting, space re-design, and general contract work)?

A: Please contact Property Management at ext. 66035 or 909-558-6035 and a Property Coordinator will assist you with this process. 


Q: I have a door or lock problem, who do I call?

A: Please call Property Management at ext. 66035 or 909-558-6035 and we will submit a work order to Locksmith Services for you.


Q: Who can I contact regarding parking at my location?

A: For parking related inquiries, please contact the Department of Parking and Transportation at ext. 53025.


Q: How do I get in touch with my building’s housekeeping group?

A: Please email OctoClean using the assigned e-mail below for your building. Our housekeeping service, Octoclean, is happy to address any questions, comments, or cleaning requests right away.

The email is linked to a distribution list that includes Property Management.  All emails are monitored for tracking purposes.
