Our Services
Food & Nutritional Services provides fresh homemade meals for patients,visitors,employees, guests and special events. We are dedicated to providing healthful food that is vibrant, fresh and delicious.
Guest Trays
Guest Trays are available to patient family members and friends for $10.00. Guest can pay for their guest trays in advance at Cafe Padrino by cash or Visa. A receipt will be provided to be given to the Tray Delivery staff when the tray is delivered. Or guests may purchase meals directly from tray delivery staff by cash (exact change only.) Please note that our staff does not carry change.
Family members and friends should contact the Diet Office to order their meal during the times listed above and the tray will be delivered when the patient trays are distributed.
Mama Trays
These meal trays are offered to one parent who is staying with a hospitalized infant who is not eating up to the age of two years old. Nursing must inform the diet office if a Mama Tray is needed.
Mama Trays can be ordered during the meal ordering times listed above and will be delivered when the patient trays are distributed.
Celebration Meals
We celebrate new parents by sending a complimentary meal for the significant other at one meal period of the patient's choosing during their stay. The Celebration Meal also includes a bottle of Martinelli's and chocolate-covered strawberries. Parents can choose when they receive this one special meal and it will be delivered when the patient trays are distributed. For additional meals guest trays may be ordered for a $10.00 charge.
Complimentary Trays
A Director or Charge Nurse of a unit may request a complimentary tray for a family member by contacting the Diet Office and providing their billing number to which the cost of the tray will be transferred.

Meal Ordering Times
- Breakfast orders must be submitted by 6:30 a.m. or can be placed the day before
- Lunch orders must be submitted by 8:30 p.m.
- Dinner orders must be submitted by 12:30 p.m.
An automatic meal will be sent up to patients who have not made food selections.
Trayline Start Times
- Breakfast – 7:00 a.m.
- Lunch – 12:00 p.m.
- Dinner – 5:00 p.m.
Unit Delivery Schedule
Please allow for a 10 minute window around these times. If tray delivery is expected to be later than 10 minutes, Nutrition Services will notify the unit secretary.

Units not listed above receive patient trays upon request by the unit staff members. Please call extension 60663 to provide the patient name, MRN, room number and any food allergies.
Hot Food Availability
- Breakfast – 7:00 a.m.to 8:30 a.m.
- Lunch: 12:00 p.m. to 1:30 p.m.
- Dinner: 5:00 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.
