Depending on the time and need, you could either reach a Chaplain Services Volunteer or the Staff Chaplain. Please see below.

When making a referral please provide the following information: your name & extension, patient name & room number, and briefly state the reason for your call. This information allows our Chaplains and Volunteers to prepare for the situation at hand and be able to contact you for an update.

Sample: 
RN Jane, ext. 1111; Pt. John Doe, Rm. 123; Pt. is anxious about surgery in the morning.
