Our Purpose
To assist callers with efficient communication connections such as call routing, paging on-site or on-call staff and executing emergency activations. Operators also provide general information for internal and external callers.
Our commitment - Operator Services is staffed 24/7 with live operators. Our staff are professional, competent, compassionate and extremely helpful. We are committed to answer calls timely and process connections efficiently to meet our service level agreements at a minimal cost.
