  3. Where can I obtain information on educational programs such as perinatal and pediatric specialty classes?
    A:
    Information for the Perinatal/Pediatric program can be obtained through the School of Allied Health Professions, Department of Cardiopulmonary Sciences. (909) 558-4932
  4. How do I get to the Respiratory Care department?
    A:
    The department is located in the Medical Center, on 6th floor, room 6400 (MC-6400).
  5. Where can I locate instructions for patient testing, general test information, and duration?
    A:
    Instructions for patient testing, general test information and test duration can be obtained by calling (909) 558-8233.
  6. Where can I find in-service schedules and locations?
    A:
    In-service schedules are typically sent out by email to staff. Area Supervisors have this information as well as the education department.
  7. How can I find due dates for competencies and mandatory education?
    A:
    Due dates for competencies and mandatory education are emailed to staff. The department administrative assistant will also have information on due dates.
  8. Where can I locate Staff Schedule requests?
    A:
    Schedule requests are sent to staff by email and hard copies are located in the trays next to room 6448 in the Respiratory Care Department.
  9. Where can I locate Staff Requests (e.g. FMLA, Cash-out, Paid Leave Donations)?
    A:
    The forms can be obtained from the VIP sites for HRM and Payroll
