Operator Services encompasses our institutional values of excellence and compassion as we provide support.  Our operators are customer focused. We assist internal and external callers with a variety of services.

• Connecting Callers - connecting you to your in-house resources.
• Directory Updates - maintain SmartWeb online directory.
• Hearing Impaired Services - assistance with connecting TDD calls for hearing impaired. 
• Person-to-Person - operators will connect you to a specifc patient, person, department, extension or office. 
• Operator Dialed Direct - assistance with long distance dialing including international numbers.
