- What is a service request? How do I submit one?
A: Service requests are placed for a non-building maintenance issues and for a specific project, such as lights out on cubicles, painting of an office, moving furniture, etc. Please visit the Request a service page or give us a call at ext. 44558 and we will assist you. - What type of services do you offer?
A: Visit the services page for more information on the types of services we offer. - How do I obtain an estimate before going forward with a project?
A: If you need an estimate, give us a call at ext 44558. We will work on creating a service request with a detailed list of the work you need done. We will send you an estimate and once it is approved, signed and returned to us, we will begin working on the project. All billing will take place off of the same service request. - What if I have pests, (ants, bees, roaches, etc) in my office?
A: Campus Engineering can take care of wasp nests and we can lay traps for mice and rats. For all other pests please contact Landscape department at ext. 44557. - Who do I contact for after hour emergencies?
A: In the case of an after hour emergency, please contact Security at ext. 44320 or 909-558-4320. - Where is Campus Engineering located at?
A: Our address is 10935 Parkland Ave, Loma Linda, CA 92350. We are located just east of Anderson St, right across from the green water tower.
