Goals
The strategy to develop an Integrated Delivery System is driven from the 5 Pillars of the 2010-2014 Health Ministry Strategic Plan. The 2014 Vision describes a Christ-centered accountable environment where the patient care model ensures the highest standard of care with the best possible patient experience, including measurable improvement of served populations, within the Health System and extends to Regional Partners. Teamwork & Synergy
- Hospitals and Faculty practices are clinically & operationally integrated by YE2010
- Horizontally-integrated care teams are in place in 2011
