Badge and Access Continuity

Thank you for participating in the new badge project. As the project has concluded, we now return to normal business practices. Please review the following methods to resolve badge issues.

1. For issues pertaining to door access or medication cabinet access, please ask your admin team to send a request to Door and Access Services.
2. For Physicians and Providers:
   1. If you are employed by FMG, please contact your practice administrator.
   2. If you are a community physician or community provider, please contact your Medical Staff Office.
   3. If you are a physician or provider located at Murrieta, please contact your Medical Staff Office.
3. If you need to pick up your badge:
   1. If you work on Main Campus, please visit HR at 197 E Caroline St.
   2. If you work at Murrieta, please visit Murrieta HR.
4. For any badge issues relating to scrub machines please email all 3 of these addresses: cmarifosque@llu.edu; mfsilva@llu.edu; amayo@llu.edu.
5. For badge issues relating to API Badge Readers, please submit a ticket via the Service Portal.
6. For badge-related issues pertaining to the cafeteria:
   • For the Main Campus cafeteria system, email all 3 of these addresses:
     eabadir@llu.edu;  yobeid@llu.edu; jsellars@llu.edu.
   • For the Murrieta cafeteria, please ask your cashier for assistance.
7. For badge issues related to Tap to Login:
   • AuthX at Murrieta: please contact the Service Desk.
   • Imprivata at Main Campus: please contact the Service Desk.
8. For badge issues relating to EPIC, Rover, or Willow, please contact the Service Desk.
9. For badge issues relating to Point of Care (POC), please email POC@llu.edu.
10. For Volunteer Services badge issues:
    • Main Campus Volunteer Services: volunteerservices@llu.edu
    • Murrieta Volunteer Services: volunteersmurrieta@llu.edu
11. For badge issues at the Gift Shop:
    • Main Campus Gift Shop: giftshop@llu.edu

12. For any issues relating to the content of your badge such as name, title, or department, please contact HR at HumanResources@llu.edu or call 909-651-4001.
13. For any student-related badge issues, please email the Student Experience office: StudentExperience@llu.edu.
14. For issues with your badge at Drayson Center, please contact the Drayson Center Membership Office in any of the following ways:
    • In-person visit
