Park Plaza COVID-19 testing has now changed
Testing requirements and hours have changed at the LLUFMG Park Plaza location. Please note that employee testing will be temporarily limited to those with symptoms and workplace exposures with symptoms. In addition, all employee tests at Park Plaza must have an order entered in LLEAP by Occupational Medicine for known work exposures or by a primary care provider.
