New Parking Permitting – P2 Parking Structure

Please review this important information regarding changes to our permitting process.

• New permitting process will begin in phases, starting with the PS2 Parking Structure, on February 1, 2024.
• Those previously registered when the new process was rolled out last year (May/June) will have access to the structure and will not need to do anything additional.
• NOC shift employees registered or waitlisted for the PS2 Parking Structure will be moved to a NOC shift permit in the PS2 Parking Structure creating more room for day shift employees.
• Mid Shift employees registered or waitlisted for the PS2 Parking Structure will be moved to PS3, levels 5-6 only, again creating more room for day shift employees.
• Waitlisted employees need to register for any available lot and have entered in their vehicle information so Parking can transition them from waitlisted to registered.
• Some waitlisted day shift employees waitlisted for the PS2 Parking Structure will be moved into the structure prior to the February 1st date. As we monitor the availability of parking in the PS2 Structure, more PS2 waitlisted employees will be moved from waitlisted to registered.
• Those with open citations or defaulted payment plans will not be able to register and should either pay the citations or contact the Parking office for additional assistance.
• The PS2 parking structure gates will be lowered on February 1st. Access will be by badge only. Make sure you have your badge to enter and exit the structure.
• Parking in the J/J1 lots will be restricted to UHC employees and employees working at FMC beginning February 1st. MC/CH employees assigned to J/J1 will be moved to P4.
