The Patient Experience team's institution-wide program, Loma Linda University Health Smiles, moves into its second phase on December 4 with the introduction of the Smile Card initiative. When leaders catch you in the act of smiling and following the CLEAR-CONNECT-GRETE process, you will be awarded a Smile Card. Employees who accumulate five Smile Cards or five manager signatures will receive a gift card that can be redeemed at any hospital cafeteria.
