EHR update scheduled for November 5

Our Electronic Health Record (EHR) system, LLEAP, will be upgraded to the latest version on Sunday, November 5. To prepare for the update, please note the following key dates:

Training materials will be available beginning Tuesday, October 24 on One Portal and Epic Learning Home Dashboards.
Background data and processes will begin the upgrade process on Wednesday, November 1 — this transparent upgrade will limit some workflows and tools but generally will not impact end users.
A 4.5-hour downtime will begin Saturday, November 4 at 10:30 p.m. Every site has a red downtime BCA binder near their downtime workstation. This binder contains all the procedures to follow during each downtime. Please note 2.5 hours of this downtime will be for the upgrade and two hours will be due to daylight-savings.
The scheduled update will then go live Sunday, November 5 at 2 a.m.
