Upcoming employee flu vaccinations

Employee Health Services will administer the seasonal flu vaccine starting early to mid-October. All employees must be compliant by either receiving the flu vaccine or signing a declination form by March 31, 2024.

Flu vaccines will be available at the following locations:

• Dennis and Carol Troesh Medical Campus
• Children’s Hospital
• Nursing units/departments (as staffing permits)
• Mobile offsite locations
• LLUMC–Murrieta
• Designated clinic location and times

Clinic schedules, the Received Elsewhere form, and the Declination form are available on Employee Health’s Influenza One Portal page. All Received Elsewhere forms must be completed online or in Employee Health Services. Proof of flu vaccine turned into your department will not be documented and will not show as compliant.

Beginning November 1, 2023, masking during flu season will be required for healthcare workers who decline the flu vaccine and who work in patient care locations.
