LLEAP system pause – September 16

All clinical and business areas using LLEAP will be affected

A special update will be applied to the Epic electronic medical record system – known at Loma Linda University Health as LLEAP — on Saturday, September 16.

The impact will be as follows:

System pause September 16

The LLEAP system will pause on Saturday, September 16, between 10:30–10:45 p.m. for the system update.

The update will cause a pause for approximately 15 minutes. During the pause, users can expect to see a pop-up message stating, "Environment is paused for server updates." Once the pause is complete and Hyperdrive is available, users will need to log out of LLEAP, reboot their workstation, and immediately log back in.
