Employee Engagement survey is coming — your voice matters

The Employee Engagement Survey launches Monday, September 4, and will remain open through Monday, September 18. Employees are invited to share feedback about their work environment, which will help play a role in bringing about positive improvements to LLUH. We’re on a mission to transform LLUH and we need your feedback to create a more positive and productive work atmosphere.
The survey includes 23 questions (plus an additional 34 Culture of Safety questions for employees in patient-facing roles) and takes approximately 10-15 minutes to complete
Responses are anonymous to encourage open and honest answers to the survey, which is administered by third-party survey provider Gallup.
Employees hired before July 31, 2023 who work for the Medical Center, Children’s Hospital, Shared Services, LLU Health Care, or Murrieta will receive an email from Gallup (support@mail.gallup.com) on September 4 containing a unique survey link.
Use your unique survey link to access the survey on any computer or mobile device.
If you do not receive an email with your unique link, or for more information about the survey, please contact Gallup directly at support@mail.gallup.com.
Here is how we will use the survey data:
- Shape strategic plans at the organizational level
- Develop action plans within each department
- Establish new programs and initiatives informed by collected feedback
- Fulfill regulatory reporting requirements (such as Magnet, LeapFrog, etc.)
