August resource roundup from IHPL

Daily Bulletin presents the August 2023 monthly roundup of resources published by the Institute for Health Policy and Leadership (IHPL) at Loma Linda University Health. The institute is an active player in analyzing issues, bills, and laws; curating national news about healthcare, public health, and science; and assessing implications for Seventh-day Adventist health systems.

IHPL's vision is to provide education, leadership, and research regarding policies aimed at preventing disease, promoting wellness, and restoring human wholeness. IHPL addresses a wide variety of pertinent topics and issues but has a special focus on its three strategic priority areas of mental health, oral health, and food security, with a health equity lens applied to these three areas.
