Diabetes Treatment Center awarded gold recognition by American Diabetes Association

Congratulations to the Loma Linda University Medical Center Adult Diabetes Treatment Center for receiving the gold standard Education Recognition Program (ERP) designation from the American Diabetes Association!

This national designation of commendation is in honor of the center meeting the national standards for diabetes self-management education, and the recognition extends through 2027.

Adherence to the National Standards has not only improved the education provided to people with diabetes but reflects the commitment to service by our diabetes educators and staff.

The American Diabetes Association (ADA) has been a National Accrediting Organization for diabetes self-management education and support (DSMES) services since 1986.
