Assigned parking begins June 26

The below message applies to all employees at the following entities: LLUMC, LLUCH, BMC, LLUSS, LLU, and LLUHC. This does not apply to FMG, LLUHEC, or LLUMC-M employees.

Parking and Traffic Services is now sending registration emails to employees to select their preferred parking locations. This process will be done in a phased approach and all employees should have the email prompt in their llu.edu inbox by end of day June 22. Please do not forward the link you receive from Parking@llu.edu to other employees. This link is to be used for your preferred parking selections only. 

The email will prompt you to select your top preferred parking lot. If the preferred lot is full, you will have the option to go on the waitlist and select another available lot. Once lot choices are submitted, you will receive a confirmation email regarding which lot you have been assigned. 

Based on feedback from employees, the goal of the new parking system is to ensure space is always available in the parking area an employee is assigned to and will provide a more predictable parking experience at LLUH.

Please sign up as soon as you receive the link. All employees will begin parking in their assigned lots on June 26. Those not registered or parking in an invalid lot are subject to citation(s).

Note, if you have any outstanding citations on one of your vehicles, the updated system will not let you register for a parking permit for that vehicle.
