inspire-Values Recognition Program: Share the Love

Do you appreciate or feel inspired by your fellow employee? Share the love and send them an iAppreciateU Recognition through the employee Values Recognition Program, inspire!

The inspire-Values Recognition Program provides Loma Linda University Health employees tools to give and receive recognition for actions that inspire service excellence and demonstrate living our core values.

This month, inspire-Values is looking to share the love across the organization. We are encouraging employees to send an iAppreciateU note of gratitude. iAppreciateU note recipients will receive an e-certificate and a profile badge on the inspire site.

Additionally, any employee who sends an iAppreciateU during the month of February will receive one entry into an opportunity drawing. Opportunity drawing winners will be chosen weekly in February and will receive 3,200 points to redeem for rewards on the inspire-Values Recognition Program site.
