Flu shots are still available!

It’s not too late to receive a flu shot! Employee Health Services continues to offer flu vaccinees to employees. To be in compliance, please complete the “Received Elsewhere” form if you received your vaccine somewhere other than Employee Health Services or sign the declination form if you do not plan on getting vaccinated.

The CDC estimates that, from October 1, 2022 through December 31, 2022, there have been:

• 22 - 43 million flu illnesses
• 10 - 21 million flu medical visits
• 230,000 - 490,000 flu hospitalizations
• 14,000 - 43,000 flu deaths
