LLEAP system pause scheduled for December 20

Users will need to log back in after the pause

The Epic electronic health record system — known at Loma Linda University Health as LLEAP — will pause on Tuesday, December 20, between 10:30–10:45 p.m. for a critical system update.

The update will cause a pause for approximately 15 minutes, during which users can expect to see a pop-up message stating, "Environment is paused for server updates." Once the pause is complete, users should log out of LLEAP and immediately log back in.
