Enhance your cardiovascular fitness with Living Whole’s Deskercise

The Living Whole Wellness Program invites you and your team to join our next Deskercise session! This month we guide you through cardiovascular exercises to increase your heart rate. Challenge yourself to participate in Deskercise two times a week during a break. It’s a great way to increase blood flow, get your eyes off the screen, and improve energy levels.
