Prayer Card Photo Contest winning entries announced
Eight images selected to appear on 2023 prayer note cards
Winning entries have been announced in the 20th annual Prayer Notes Photo Contest. The annual competition is sponsored by the Office of Employee Spiritual Care. A panel of three judges, two of who were previous photo contest winners, selected the winning photos. This year’s photo contest drew 26 photographers who entered more than 300 photos.
Winning entries are used to produce a set of prayer note cards, used to offer spiritual encouragement to patients and employees, said Kathy McMillan, director of Employee Spiritual Care.
“Employees sent in some wonderful photos!” McMillan said. “Along with the eight winners that will be used on our Prayer Notes series, a number of the other entries will be featured on our Spirit Lifters email messages throughout the coming year.”
Winning photographers and their photo subjects include:
