inspire-Values Season of Thanks

Do you appreciate a fellow employee? Let them know through the employee values recognition program, inspire!

The inspire-Values Recognition Program provides Loma Linda University Health employees tools to give and receive recognition for actions that inspire service excellence and demonstrate living our core values.

This year inspire-Values is introducing a Season of Thanks from November 1-30. We are encouraging employees to send an iAppreciateU note of gratitude. iAppreciateU note recipients will receive an e-certificate and a virtual profile badge on the inspire site.

Additionally, any employee that sends an iAppreciateU during the Season of Thanks period will receive one entry into an opportunity drawing. Opportunity drawing winners will be chosen weekly in November and will also receive 3,200 points to redeem for rewards on the inspire-Values Recognition Program site. 

To participate, employees can go to lluhinspire.isrewards.com or click on the inspire One Portal banner.
