LLEAP system pause — November 1

Users will need to log back in after pause.

The Epic electronic health record system — known at Loma Linda University Health as LLEAP — will pause on Tuesday, November 1, between 10:30–10:45 p.m. for a system update.

The update will cause a pause for approximately 15 minutes. During the pause, users can expect to see a pop-up message during the pause stating, "Environment is paused for server updates." Once the system update is complete, users should log out of LLEAP and immediately log back in.
