COVID-19 testing labels

Beginning September 1, 2021, employees enrolled in the COVID-19 testing process will no longer be permitted to print their own labels. Registration will print all labels needed for testing and distribute to supervisors per the process outlined here. The exception granted for employees to access their own record in LLEAP has been lifted. Accesses not in line with existing policies will be subject to supervisor notification and appropriate progressive discipline.

Remember, you do not need to test unless you have been directed to by your supervisor and given a test kit and appropriate label.
