COVID-19 Testing: Park Avenue Closed on Weekends
Effective April 1, the COVID-19 testing site located in 1790 West Park Avenue, Suite 100, will be closed on weekends. Weekday hours of operation will remain Monday – Thursday, 5 a.m. – 5 p.m. and Friday, 5 a.m. to 1 p.m.
PPE Update
At this time, administrative control of PPE will continue to be maintained to ensure appropriate PPE is available as needed. We believe the availability of PPE for our staff throughout the past year is the result of the diligence of our supply chain team in finding PPE when others could not and the discipline that we had surrounding the allocation. Thank you for your efforts, which have allowed us to keep staff and providers safe while also providing safe care for our community.
