Important information - COVID-19 Vaccine second dose
Notifications to schedule appointments for the second vaccine will be done through Staff Development, staffdevelopment@llu.edu via the OWL Portal. We have not yet received our allotment of second doses for Pfizer; we expect it to arrive within the next 2 days. Please continue to check your inbox for the notification email to schedule your appointment; approximately 17-21 days for Pfizer and 28-35 days for Moderna.
- Employees who received the Pfizer vaccine during their first round should only receive the Pfizer second dose.
- Employees who received the Moderna vaccine during their first round should only receive the Moderna second dose.
Please bring your ID Badge and COVID-19 record card to your scheduled appointment.

Employee COVID-19 testing process
What if you already had COVID-19?
If you tested positive for COVID-19 more than 90 days in the past and were cleared to return to work, you should follow the same process as someone who has never had COVID-19.
If you tested positive for COVID-19 within the past 90 days and were cleared to return to work, you should not get tested again, even if you develop COVID-19 like symptoms. You should stay home while ill and seek medical care for your illness as appropriate.
