COVID-19 Exposure Notifications and Employee Benefits
California has implemented new guidelines and benefits for employees who have been exposed to, or are COVID-19 positive. In response to new occupational safety legislation, AB-685, Loma Linda University Health will begin daily notifications for COVID-19 workplace exposures starting Jan. 1, 2021.

Updated COVID-19 vaccine clinic schedule
Clinic dates and times for January's first and second COVID-19 vaccines is now available on One Portal. Employees receiving their second dose of the vaccine must bring their ID Badge and COVID-19 record card with them to their OWL scheduled appointment.
Employee Vaccine Eligibility
Loma Linda University Health is currently following the CDC and CDPH guidance to provide a tiered approach for vaccine distribution. At this time, the vaccine is currently available by invitation only. Please continue to check your inbox for an email from the Loma Linda University Health Staff Development, (staffdevelopment@llu.edu), OWL Portal as eligible employees will receive notifications as their priority level is reached. Employees will also receive notifications to schedule their second dose appointments through the OWL portal.
